Microdermabrasion is a device that must have a vacuum attachment and can have a spray attachment. Our device has both. The part with the vacuum - looks like a pencil and at the end of that pencil, there is a thread for DIAMOND attachments - hence the name Diamond Scrub. Diamond attachments are of different sizes, adapted to the area being treated (the area around the eyes, face, and back), and also have different granulations (softer and coarser).
